His Kind of Woman (1951)

In this oddly surreal parody of a film noir thriller, gambler Robert Mitchum finds himself forced to help an exiled hoodlum (Raymond Burr) return to the States while falling for the curvy Jane Russell.

As conceited actor Mark Cardigan, given to spouting cod Shakespeare even at the most dangerous of moments, Price is at his most hysterical. Unforgettable.

Stay tuned. A sound clip will appear here soon.
