Based on the story The Horla by Guy de Maupassant, this low-budget chiller stars Vincent Price as a 19th-century Parisian magistrate, Simon Cordier, who falls under the influence of the Horla - an evil spirit that compels him to commit a host of unsavory crimes. And in true Vincent Price fashion, he finds that the only way to rid himself of the curse is self immolation. Lovely!
