Framed for murder, an imprisoned Geoffrey Radcliffe (Vincent Price) is scheduled to hang. He's then given an invisibility serum by his friend Dr. Frank Griffin (John Sutton), which allows him to escape in a bid to track down the real killer. When police inspector Sampson (Cecil Kellaway) learns that Griffin is the brother of the original Invisible Man, he sets up a dragnet to catch Radcliffe. But can Griffin discover an antidote before the invisibility formula drives his friend insane?
