This Canadian 1970s live action 60min show has developed something of a cult status. The show mixed humour, and educational segments, all flavoured with mock horror. Billy Van was the star of The Hilarious House of Frightenstein, but Vincent Price was the reason to tune in. He played the comic narrator; giving spirited introductions to the sketches rhyming verse - but strangely he never interracted with the characters, giving the show a very disjointed look (as though he had been tacked on to sell the product overseas.)
